Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions. Plan production according to hotel demand. Support the kitchen team when necessary. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
