Guide customers on the wine list We are seeking a passionate **Dining Room Supervisor** with a hospitality background and leadership qualities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the service team to ensure service standards and the best customer experience; * Monitor dining room operations, managing reservations, service flow, and operational quality; * Support the training and development of waitstaff and busboys; * Suggest wine pairings and guide customers on the wine list; * Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to maintain service pace and excellence. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in restaurants or similar establishments; * Leadership qualities, assertive communication, and professional demeanor; * Availability for on-site work.
