Coordinate hiring, termination, vacation, and payroll processing procedures. Monitor and validate labor charges and supplementary obligations. Manage time tracking and time bank. Provide technical support to leaders and employees on labor matters. Track departmental KPIs and suggest process improvements. Ensure documentation organization and compliance with internal and external audits.
