Job Summary: Experienced professional in automotive painting responsible for surface preparation, vehicle painting according to quality standards, finishing work, and operation of painting equipment. Operate automotive painting equipment and tools REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in this role; RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare surfaces for painting by performing sanding, applying plastic filler, primer, and other preparation steps. * Perform automotive painting services on vehicles of various brands, ensuring the dealership's quality standards. * Carry out painting and finishing tasks according to workshop scheduling and demand. * Decontaminate parts using degreasers and specialized products to ensure paint adhesion and quality. * Operate automotive painting equipment and tools—such as orbital sanders and spray guns—in compliance with technical and safety standards. * Inspect parts before initiating the painting process, identify imperfections, and make necessary adjustments to achieve an excellent finish. * Maintain workplace organization, equipment upkeep, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
