PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Workplace Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). Technical Course in Workplace Safety or qualification as a Workplace Safety Engineer. The required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid diploma/certificate for the course. At least one course covering Regulatory Standards (NRs) or Machinery Operation: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, or courses for Forklift Operator, Backhoe Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to workplace safety, and workplace safety regulations. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
