RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Locate appointments and confirm consultations; Issue referral forms in the system for exams conducted at service providers without an authorization system; Guide beneficiaries regarding questions and clarifications about providers, appointments, etc.; Complete necessary forms for medical consultations and organize required documents for such consultations; Register beneficiary biometrics in the system to verify eligibility for future consultations; Enter data into the TISS document (Electronic Health Information Exchange); Request authorizations via phone or the other operators’ service portals, when necessary; Create patient files for other health plans in the system for subsequent billing; Forward exam/procedure requests requiring medical audit review; Assemble medical files by organizing the necessary forms for medical consultations; Close consultation and exam statistics and enter into the system the quantities of exams and medical certificates requested/issued; Maintain records (retrieve, organize, and file medical records); Track returned medical records after consultations; Reschedule consultations by contacting patients when medical absences occur. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Completed high school education.
