Description

Job Summary: A professional to perform maintenance and operation of various electrical systems—including diesel, solar, and BESS generation—in field and remote locations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with maintenance of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. 2. Work on diesel, photovoltaic, and BESS power generation systems. 3. Technical reference for the team, focusing on fault analysis and automation. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** on low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. * Work on **diesel power generation systems**, including power panels, control systems, excitation, synchronization, and paralleling. * Operate and maintain **photovoltaic systems** (inverters, string boxes, panels, trackers where applicable). * Operate and maintain **BESS systems**, including battery racks, PCS, BMS, climate control, and protection systems. * Work on **automation and control systems**, such as PLCs, protective relays, SCADA, IEDs, and industrial networks. * Conduct **fault analyses**, root cause identification, and propose corrective actions and improvements. * Perform **electrical switching operations**, equipment lockout and release per operational procedures. * Interpret and update **electrical diagrams, control logic, I/O lists, and technical documentation**. * Support commissioning, functional testing, electrical tests, and integration among diesel, solar, and BESS systems. * Ensure compliance with **technical and safety standards** (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, among others). * Guide and support Level I and II technicians, serving as the team’s **technical reference**. * Prepare technical reports, incident records, and performance indicators (availability, failures, MTBF). * Work in the field across remote locations in Amazonas state (AM). ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields**. * Solid experience in **power generation systems** (preferably diesel-fired thermal power plants). * Demonstrated knowledge of: * + Low- and medium-voltage electrical systems + Solar inverters and photovoltaic systems + Energy storage systems (BESS) + Protective relays (e.g., SEL, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, or equivalents) + PLCs and industrial automation + SCADA and supervisory systems * Advanced ability to read and interpret **electrical diagrams and control logic**.
