Responsibilities: Assist in carrying out production operational activities according to work instructions and production orders; Assist in product portioning according to customer specifications; Comply with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards and procedures established by the Organization; Monitor the production process, identify and resolve issues, ensuring final product quality; Perform preventive maintenance tasks, cleaning, and workplace organization; Count and package finished products, preparing\-them for transportation; Ensure smooth and efficient production flow by monitoring and adjusting the process as needed; Inspect product quality during production, identify defects, and report anomalies to supervisors; Collaborate within a team, communicate\-with other operators, and follow supervisors' instructions; Operate production-specific machinery and equipment, following safety instructions and procedures; Comply with safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
