Job Summary: Professional responsible for adjusting and controlling thermoplastic processes, supporting production, and performing maintenance and continuous improvement of injection molding and pad printing machines. Key Highlights: 1. Control and adjustment of thermoplastic processes and injection molding machines. 2. Support for production and preventive/corrective maintenance of machines. 3. Focus on continuous process improvement and factory organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Adjust and control thermoplastic processes; * Support production and monitor activities performed by Production Operators; * Perform daily processes and procedures, and material control; * Perform mold changes, machine setup, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Perform adjustment/maintenance of pad printing machines; * Control processes and adjustments of injection molding machines; * Inspect reports of potential mold issues and manage machine maintenance; * Implement continuous process improvement according to FIT; * Organize the factory area. * Monitor processes on injection molding machines and continuously improve those processes; * Perform adjustment/maintenance of pad printing machines. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education **Desirable Requirements:** * NR12 Training; * Completed Technical Education in Plastic Injection, Mechatronics, or Automation; * Course in Plastic Injection Process Techniques Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Exclusive benefits on our products * Alelo Multibenefits * Life Insurance * Commuter Allowance * Transportation * On-site Cafeteria * Dental Plan * Medical Assistance
