If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement new certifications; * Maintain and control Integrated Management System documentation according to IATF 16949 and other applicable standards; * Ensure processes comply with IATF 16949 requirements; * Conduct and support internal Integrated Management System audits; * Prepare for and accompany external and customer audits; * Control and monitor internal, external, and audit-related nonconformities; * Support root cause analysis using methodologies such as MASP, 5 Whys, and 8D; * Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans; * Develop, review, and control SGI procedures, work instructions, and records; * Monitor and track Integrated Management System performance indicators; * Support departments in applying quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.); * Ensure control and updating of documents and records; * Support employee development and awareness regarding SGI requirements; * Participate in continuous process improvement projects; * Ensure compliance with specific automotive customer requirements; * Support risk and opportunity management within the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Management, Quality, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience interpreting and applying the IATF 16949:2016 standard; * Certification or training as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge and application experience with the MASP (Problem Analysis and Solving Methodology); * Experience with Qualiex and SAP systems; * Must reside in Manaus – AM. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
