Job Summary: The professional will assist in the installation and maintenance of internet equipment for customers, configure devices, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction during internet installation 2. Performs network equipment configuration and maintenance 3. Teamwork and agility in customer service Remember that feeling of joy customers experience when the doorbell rings and they see the person who’s come to install their internet? The activation team consists of these professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation Team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and all other posted positions are available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintenance of already-installed equipment at customer sites; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction; * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30; Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
