Organize and support internal departmental requests. **Description** Support BAP Auto Parts’ Marketing and Trade Marketing activities, ensuring agility in material creation, internal request support, and control of promotional supplies, thereby contributing to brand and trade actions in the automotive market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the creation and adaptation of graphic materials and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand visual identity; Contribute to the execution of promotional and trade marketing projects, including campaigns, trainings, and brand activations; Monitor quotations, production, and logistics of communication materials, display stands, and promotional giveaways; Assist in inventory control and distribution of support materials for trade actions; Organize and support internal departmental requests, acting as a facilitator between involved departments and external suppliers; Ensure proper organization and preservation of materials under responsibility; Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by the supervisor; Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Project; Safeguard machines, equipment, and materials through proper usage and expense control to help reduce additional maintenance costs, prevent damage, and extend service life; **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in data analysis and graphic editing tools (Excel, Power BI, Corel, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
