You are applying for the position of **Maintenance Analyst.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support industrial maintenance for concentrate, beverage base, and dry part production processes. * Perform maintenance data analysis (KPIs, failure history, unplanned stops, and costs) to support technical and managerial decision-making. * Develop, review, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans aligned with production process requirements. * Develop and review maintenance work procedures and instructions, ensuring standardization, safety, and quality during execution. * Participate in cross-departmental meetings related to maintenance processes, contributing technical information and critical analysis. * Monitor implementation of new equipment from projects, expansions, or internal customer requests, ensuring proper integration into the maintenance plan. * Implement ideas and improvements to enhance process efficiency and reduce maintenance-related costs. * Identify required spare parts for equipment, defining minimum and strategic quantities for SAP registration in collaboration with PCM. * Consolidate weekly service activity data, preparing reports and communications to share plant-level results. * Conduct root cause analyses of failures and unplanned stops and propose continuous improvement actions. * Support reliability initiatives, standardization efforts, and increased asset availability. * Comply with and promote safety, quality, environmental, and industrial best practice standards. * Perform other duties related to this role as required by the department. **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** **Minimum Education Required:** * **Degree:** Bachelor's degree * **Fields of Study:** Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or related fields **Required Language:** * **Language:** English * **Level:** Advanced **Location(s):** Brazil**City/Cities:** Manaus**Travel Required:** 00% \- 25%**Relocation Provided:** No**Job Posting End Date:** April 3, 2026**Our Purpose and Growth Culture:** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
