As an **Industrial Automation Engineer**, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support for PLC/DCS/SCADA systems and industrial networks, with emphasis on control stability and availability;
* Developing/reviewing control logic, permissives, interlocks, and alarm philosophy;
* Diagnosing instrumentation and control faults (signal loss, noise, loop instability, communication failures);
* Participating in commissioning activities: loop checks, functional tests, I/O validation, SAT;
* Tuning control loops and improving performance (PID tuning, sequences, alarms);
* Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to standardize practices and reduce fault recurrence.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field;
* Solid experience in industrial automation within continuous process environments;
* Ability to read P&IDs, instrument lists, loop diagrams, and control logic;
* Field experience with critical systems and commissioning.
Not mandatory but desirable:
* Specific experience in ASU / cryogenics / industrial gases;
* Knowledge of industrial networks, redundancy, and high availability;
* Experience applying root cause analysis to control system failures.
