An environment that values innovation, commitment, and quality We seek a professional who enjoys challenges and is focused on carrying out preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance activities on machines and equipment, according to priority. Execute maintenance plans and work orders to keep them in perfect working condition, ensuring production demand. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct routine inspections to diagnose equipment condition and operational status. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electroelectronic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment, according to each machine’s specifications; * Carry out periodic inspections of transformer substations; * Monitor predictive maintenance processes; * Participate in the optimization / modernization process of the manufacturing plant; * Monitor production, verifying proper operation of machinery. * Maintain order and preservation of tools, PPE, equipment, and materials; ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace; comply with quality and occupational safety standards and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do we expect from you? Technical education in Electrotechnology, Mechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields; Relevant experience in the field; Availability for shift work and flexible working hours; Immediate availability to start; Experience in plastic or extrusion companies is desirable; Sense of urgency and strong logical reasoning.
