Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Workshop Reception to handle customer service, visitor control, vehicle handling, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone customer service 2. Basic administrative support 3. Upholding the dealership's institutional image We are currently expanding, thus offering an opportunity for Workshop Reception! Responsibilities: Customer service (in-person and telephone). Receiving customers courteously and professionally. Scheduling services and directing customers to responsible departments (sales, workshop, parts, etc.). Controlling visitor entry and exit: Registering customer and visitor entries in the system or spreadsheets. Notifying the responsible department upon customer arrival. Vehicle handling Vehicle check\-list; Upholding the dealership's institutional image. Basic administrative support. Requirements: * Experience in customer service; * Driver's License Category B; Education: * Completed high school; * Technical or higher education in related fields (Administration, Marketing, etc.) is a plus; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirement: B
