Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas **Job Description:** Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring guest comfort, hygiene, and well-being in accordance with company-established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and tidy rooms (change bed linens, towels, replenish amenities); * Sanitize bathrooms and interior room areas; * Inspect the condition of furniture, equipment, and room items; * Report any damage, missing items, or maintenance needs to supervision; * Organize the cleaning cart and manage material usage; * Respond to guest requests as needed; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas (hallways, pantries, etc.); * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in this role (preferred); * Agility, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Good communication and professional demeanor. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Responsibility; * Discretion; * Teamwork; * Commitment to quality. **Working Hours:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off; * 08:00 to 16:20 Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1.620,00 – R$1.945,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
