Job Summary: We are seeking an organized professional with a service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in the Imaging Diagnostics department, focused on excellence and humanized care. We value curious professionals who constantly think of ways to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Acquire specific knowledge of the Tasy system and health insurance plans to generate insurance authorizations and enable patient access. * Guide patients regarding scheduled examinations, including preparation instructions, examination purpose, and other relevant information. * Guide and direct patients at institutional reception areas to maintain social distancing. * Review patient visits and forward them to billing. * Review expired medical request forms older than three months and send them for recycling. * Inspect all equipment belonging to the department to verify functionality. * Contact IT in case of system unavailability. * Execute contingency plans in case of system unavailability. * Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements of the role. * Participate in training programs developed by the institution. * Update patient data registration in the system; * Maintain a clean and organized reception area; * Provide administrative support to the department as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the Imaging Diagnostics sector; * Knowledge of the Tasy system and medical insurance plans (*Preferred*). **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \- 1-hour break (*Monday to Friday*) and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (*Saturday*) **Salary:** R$ 1\.643,00 \+ 324,20 (*Hazard Pay*) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub \- Gympass Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
