Take a look: **Your responsibilities will include:** Planning, executing, and controlling R&D projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget; Applying a hybrid project management methodology, combining predictive and agile tools; Leading alignment meetings with clients and development teams, as well as contractual review meetings with clients and internal teams; Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans; Preparing executive status, KPI, and results reports for senior management and clients; Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies; Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and value delivery across teams. We expect you to possess the following knowledge and skills: Experience in managing technology and/or R&D projects Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile frameworks; Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts; Strong communication skills; Experience preparing project execution reports and status reports; Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and risk and change management tracking tools. **It would be a plus if you have experience in:** **R&D projects supported by incentive programs (e.g.:** Lei do Bem, EMBRAPII, FINEP). **Your education must include:** A completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields (e.g., Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, etc.). **Availability:** 40 hours per week.
