Take a look: **Your responsibilities will include:** Planning, executing, and controlling R&D projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget; Applying hybrid project management methodology, combining predictive and agile tools; Conducting alignment meetings with clients and development teams, as well as contractual reviews with clients and internal teams; Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans; Preparing executive status, KPI, and results reports for senior management and clients; Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory compliance, and internal policies; Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and value delivery within teams. We expect you to possess the following knowledge and skills: Experience in managing technology and/or R&D projects Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile frameworks; Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and tools for risk and change management; Experience preparing project execution reports and status reports; Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts; Strong communication skills. **Preferred qualifications include:** **Experience with incentivized R&D projects (e.g.,** Law of Innovation ("Lei do Bem"), EMBRAPII, FINEP). **Required education:** Completed undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, etc.). **Availability:** 40 hours per week.
