Job Summary: We are seeking a Parts Consultant to provide customer service, process orders, and offer technical support for automotive parts sales, with a focus on excellence and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service for automotive parts sales 2. Technical team support in parts application 3. Organization and efficiency in daily activities We are looking for a Parts Consultant to join our team at PARVI. Position: Parts Consultant Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with 1-hour lunch break) Compensation: Commission-based * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Health insurance * TotalPass * Partnerships with educational institutions Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Administration, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields; * Experience in customer service; * Strong communication skills, agility, and organizational ability. * Experience with heavy vehicles (trucks and buses) \- Preferred qualification: Responsibilities: * Customer service at the counter, by phone, and via WhatsApp for automotive parts sales; * Order and quotation processing in the system; * Consultation of electronic catalogs and parts systems; * Order tracking, delivery deadlines, and returns; * Technical team support regarding parts availability and application.
