Job Summary: Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, provide N2 technical support, monitor the IT environment, and manage service tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and maintain IT infrastructure. 2. Second-level (N2) technical support. 3. Administer Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments. * Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and equipment. * Provide second-level (N2\) technical support to headquarters and branch office users. * Monitor the IT environment, identifying and proactively addressing potential incidents. * Manage and track technical service tickets, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA). * Administer Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments. * Manage network services, including DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, and inter-unit connectivity.
