




Job Summary: The HR Assistant II supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of employee training and development initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Position: HR Assistant II \- T&D Job Objective: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of employee training and development activities, ensuring the team has the necessary tools to grow and perform effectively. Responsibilities: * Assist in organizing internal training sessions and events. * Manage and organize training records, training hours per employee, and reaction evaluations. * Attend to employees and suppliers by providing administrative support. * Obtain quotations from speakers, training consulting firms, and group dynamics companies. * Maintain the company's course platform up to date. * Support the creation of simple presentations and manuals for employees. * Conduct post-event satisfaction surveys and tabulate results for management review. * Assist managers with team training initiatives. * Perform various administrative tasks as required by the team. Requirements: * Prior experience in administrative roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork capability. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
