Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and providing technical support for radio communication and CCTV systems, ensuring quality and security. We are seeking a responsible and committed professional to perform installation, maintenance, and technical support for radio communication and CCTV systems. The employee will be an essential part of the field team, guaranteeing the quality, security, and reliability of implemented solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install, configure, and maintain radio communication and CCTV systems; * Replace equipment, align antennas, and verify signal strength; * Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve hardware and software issues related to communication systems; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations during field activities; * Conduct functionality and performance testing of equipment to ensure adherence to required specifications; * Identify and resolve radio communication system failures, promoting continuous process improvement; * Monitor technological advancements and participate in the implementation of new solutions and system updates; * Document all performed activities and provide detailed reports on work progress and incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Driver's license category B; * Basic computer literacy; * Full availability for travel; * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed) is desirable; * Knowledge of configuration and maintenance of portable, fixed, and vehicular radios (considered a plus). **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
