Teamwork and focus on production quality. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing materials and fabrics for sewing * Support seamstresses in departmental activities * Perform simple cutting, sorting, and organizing of garment pieces * Carry out basic finishing, inspection, and cleaning of garments * Organize the workplace and keep materials orderly * Follow the company's quality and production standards **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education * Prior experience in production or sewing preferred (not mandatory) * Agility, attention to detail, and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of sewing machines or garment construction processes.
