**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour break

Sicoob Creditapiranga SC/RS is looking for a committed and organized professional to join our team as a **Rural Credit Assistant at the Business Support Unit**, located in Itapiranga/SC.
?? Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in organizing and updating rural credit documents and records, ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
* Participate in technical and impartial analyses of credit operations based on available information and documentation.
* Support rural credit operations development to assess feasibility and risk associated with credit granting.
* Perform data verification and correction tasks, contributing to continuous process improvement.
* Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of systems and best practices.
* Respond to internal requests regarding registration information, providing support and clarifications.
* Contribute to preparing reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

**Requirements:** **Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Agribusiness or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
* Knowledge of administrative and rural credit routines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
* Proactivity and willingness to learn.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in administrative roles.
* Active ANBIMA certification (CPA).
* Knowledge of agribusiness.
* Certifications in agronomy, administration, or management.
