Responsibilities and Duties * Support training needs assessment (TNA) with managers and teams; * Organize training logistics—both in-person and online (invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, materials, coffee breaks, certificates, etc.); * Enter and track data in T&D spreadsheets and systems; * Support the hiring of trainers, vendors, and training consultancies; * Monitor training KPIs (hours, costs, participation, and effectiveness evaluation); * Assist in onboarding new employees; * Support the execution of development, climate, and engagement initiatives—such as recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and learning paths; * Design and administer satisfaction surveys and post-training evaluations; * Maintain files and records updated in accordance with audit and compliance standards. * Familiarity with platforms such as FEEDZ and ATS is a plus. * Other related duties: Assist with other HR-related requests and additional tasks pertinent to the Human Resources department.
