Employee assistance and information flow **Description** We are looking for an HR Assistant to perform operational and administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring organization, agility, and support for people management requirements. The professional will be responsible for supporting onboarding, time tracking, benefits administration, employee assistance, and general HR activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Manage time tracking (Ponto Ahgora). – Administer benefits. – Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets. – Provide employee assistance. – Perform support tasks for the department, facilitating information flow across areas. – Knowledge of labor calculations. – Familiarity with Totvs RM. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed high school education or a technical course in administration. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at intermediate to advanced level. – Skills in document organization and archiving. – Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. – Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. – Prior experience in administrative roles is considered a plus. – Ability to work collaboratively and proactively address requests. – Ability to handle high-volume workloads.
