**Working Hours:** 6 days on / 1 day off, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

* Develop sales strategies using **CRM** to expand the customer portfolio in the Manaus region.
* Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
* Monitor performance indicators (**KPIs**) to optimize processes and maximize results.
* Implement ongoing training programs focused on negotiation techniques and sales closing.
* Use market analysis tools to identify new local opportunities and trends.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and offerings with the local customer profile.

**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Portuguese.

* Proven experience in **sales team management** and commercial strategy development.
* Knowledge of pipeline tracking and results analysis.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to interpret performance indicators (**KPIs**) and develop action plans.
