Your responsibilities will include: \- Commercial activities to promote payment and collection solutions, with emphasis on Cash Management and Acquiring products, in collaboration with Santander’s commercial team: Key activities and challenges include: \- Achieving all targets outlined in the commercial playbook, delivering consistent monthly results against your commercial goals. \- Supporting the development of the Commercial Plan in coordination with the branch unit manager; \- Monthly meetings with the branch unit manager to follow up on the Commercial Plan; \- Portfolio analysis and opportunity mapping; \- Pipeline management; \- Execution of commercial initiatives; \- Defining a visit schedule aligned in advance with managers; \- Client visits; \- Staying updated on products and operational channels; \- Active participation in meetings, audio calls, and committees.
