Meet and exceed maintenance targets; provide excellent customer service; perform tasks as directed by your supervisor; attend company meetings and training sessions; Requirements: 1\. Prior experience installing, cleaning, and repairing inverter air conditioners. 2\. Prior experience with cassette air conditioners. 3\. Willingness to learn and respect authority. 4\. Good communication skills and professional appearance. 5\. Trustworthiness. 6\. Knowledge of target customers, market, and products\/services. 7\. Familiarity with air conditioning systems. 8\. Empathy. 9\. Organizational skills. 10\. Perform maintenance according to PMOC guidelines. Preferred Qualification: desire to become a Level I Refrigeration Technician for air conditioning. **Employment Type:** CLT, formal employment registration. Contract Duration: Indefinite after a 90-day probationary period.
