We are looking for a Bakery Production Assistant to join our production team, contributing to the preparation, organization, and quality control of products offered in our stores. Our mission is to deliver outstanding service while upholding an ethical, collaborative work environment committed to the development of our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in bakery production preparation by separating and weighing ingredients according to recipes; * Support the mixing, kneading, and shaping processes using specific equipment; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the area in accordance with health surveillance requirements; * Preheat and shut down the oven at the beginning and end of each shift; * Participate in the final finishing of breads, savory pastries, cakes, and other bakery items; * Package and organize products according to established standards; * Support shelf-life monitoring, quality control, and product display in showcases and cold chambers; * Report any irregularities related to equipment or products to the department supervisor; * Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and PPE usage procedures; * Identify unsuitable products and route them for proper disposal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Prior experience in production, bakery, confectionery, or related fields is preferred; * Agility, organization, and commitment; * Attention to detail and diligence regarding hygiene and cleanliness; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow operational instructions.
