Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to perform food preparation, sanitation, and pre-preparation tasks while maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist the chef during food preparation and plating. 2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 3. Assist in monitoring expiration dates and proper storage of ingredients. Industrial Kitchen seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Manaus (Industrial District I). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, sanitation, cutting, and pre-preparation. Support the chef or kitchen manager during food preparation and plating. Maintain a clean, organized workspace compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations. Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces after use. Assist in monitoring expiration dates and correct storage of ingredients. Support receiving and inspection of goods when required. Comply with internal policies and good food handling practices. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
