Work in basic masonry and carpentry **YYDY GESTÃO ESPECIALIZADA EM SERVIÇOS DE APOIO LTDA is seeking a General Services Artisan to work at our headquarters.** We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and multitasking professional to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are always in perfect working condition, performing preventive and corrective repairs independently and safely. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Hydraulic Maintenance:** Repair leaks, replace faucet components, unclog pipes, and maintain toilets and sinks. * **Basic Electrical Maintenance:** Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches, and inspect simple power distribution panels. * **Painting and Finishing:** Wall touch-ups, application of filler compound, painting of doors, grilles, and signage. * **Basic Masonry and Carpentry:** Floor and tile repairs, door and lock adjustments, and assembly/disassembly of office furniture. * **General Custodial Duties:** Periodic inspection of facilities to identify repair needs before they become critical issues. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is a plus). * Proven experience in this role or similar positions (e.g., mason, electrician, plumber, or maintenance assistant). * Technical knowledge of manual and power tools (e.g., drill, sander, saw). * Availability for occasional after-hours work (if applicable). * **Preferred:** Completion of NR-10 (Electrical Safety) or NR-35 (Working at Heights) training. ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Proactivity:** Ability to identify issues without direct instructions. * **Organization:** Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and tools. * **Responsibility:** Strict adherence to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * **Good Communication Skills:** To report material procurement needs and interact with other departments. ### **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance and on-site cafeteria/meal benefit. * Life insurance.
