Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Analyst to manage facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of building infrastructure, while supervising maintenance activities and managing contracts. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction We seek a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Analyst to manage facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of building infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, managing contracts, and contributing to continuous service improvement and cost reduction. * Supervise building maintenance (preventive and corrective). * Monitor systems: electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and general infrastructure. * Serve as the focal point for internal facility-related requests. * Manage contracts and suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.). * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and service follow-up. * Monitor costs, measurements, and invoicing. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Support improvement projects and renovations.
