Monitor SLA indicators and service performance metrics. Monitor incidents and alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), analyzing events related to storage and backup. Conduct audit log analyses to identify anomalies or potential threats. Perform access control audits, verifying operation records (date, time, user, and action performed). Assess the health of storage and backup environments, checking alerts, host connections, LUN mapping, and vendor monitoring (Phone Home). Execute backup integrity and restoration tests to ensure data reliability. Maintain up-to-date backup plans, diagrams, flowcharts, and other technical documentation. Ensure the detailed inventory of institutional assets related to this category remains current. Monitor and update firmware, software, and security patches according to vendor recommendations.
