If you are a person with disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform administrative tasks aimed at monitoring and controlling work activities within your area of responsibility; * Collect, organize, and analyze data; * Create spreadsheets, use pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. * Maintain, analyze, and control working hours for payroll and billing closures. * Provide supporting information for analysis and decision-making. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative activities; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel—VLOOKUP, pivot tables, spreadsheet creation) and administrative management tools. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactivity, commitment, and eagerness to learn and grow within the administrative field. **WORK LOCATION: MANAUS \- AM**
