Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst responsible for payroll processing, labor charges, E-Social, employee assistance, and labor inspections, aiming to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as labor representative and process optimization The company is hiring a Human Resources Analyst in Manaus. * **Apply through Jobbol** and receive direct feedback from the company! **What will you do in this role?:** Perform payroll calculations, entries, and verifications—including vacations and terminations—ensuring accuracy and timely compliance. Calculate labor and social charges such as INSS and FGTS, ensuring correct payment of legal obligations. Manage data in E-Social, ensuring it remains up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing clarifications and detailed information. Assist in receiving labor inspections by presenting required documents and information. Prepare accounting reports, such as payroll entries and accruals. Propose and implement continuous improvements to payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with obligations such as DIRF and DCTF, guaranteeing adherence to legal regulations. Provide support and training to the team, sharing knowledge on procedures and labor legislation. Stay updated on labor legislation and its impact on payroll. Document and implement procedures to optimize internal payroll-related processes. Act as labor representative when necessary. Provide assistance on payroll-related matters, offering accurate information and guidance.
