Job Summary: Coordinate the maintenance team, optimize industrial processes, and ensure operational efficiency by developing innovative solutions and supervising service execution. Key Highlights: 1. Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency Description: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, and/or Production Engineering. * SAP system knowledge is desirable; * Intermediate English and Power BI (desirable); * Knowledge of management tools; * Knowledge of maintenance KPIs. * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region People Management and Leadership * Coordinate the maintenance team, promoting technical and behavioral development of team members. * Encourage continuous improvement and team ownership, ensuring a collaborative and safe work environment. * Conduct technical training and capacity-building activities to enhance team competency. * Periodically inform the team of departmental KPI status, ensuring everyone is aware of improvement priorities. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines, industrial equipment, building facilities, refrigeration systems, and compressed air systems. * Supervise third-party services, including maintenance at 13.8 kV and 69 kV substations (direct execution only for those with technical electrical training). * Ensure efficient equipment operation, guaranteeing continuity of production processes and achievement of departmental KPIs. * Ensure compliance with all departmental procedures, suggesting updates when necessary. * Monitor departmental strategic KPIs and inform the PCM of required adjustments to achieve the defined OEE. * Actively participate in strategic meetings regarding productivity and process improvements, AQF development, etc. * Keep the Qualiex system updated with respect to actions under your responsibility. * Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. * Localize spare parts and create alternative systems for extruders and peripherals. * Design and draft improvements using tools such as AutoCAD. * Generate and analyze maintenance reports and KPIs, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Reduce rework and increase operational predictability through effective methodologies. * Coordinate material handling, purchase requisitions, and inventory control. * Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for the maintenance area. 2510220202531823939
