Customer service and team support The Young Apprentice participates in a professional development program designed to provide practical and theoretical experience in Bemol's operational areas, contributing to their learning and professional formation. The apprentice supports operational and administrative teams, collaborates in daily routines, and develops essential competencies for the workplace. In its early years, the company operated in pharmaceuticals, later expanding into cereals, cement, and ultimately home appliances—the sector in which it remains active today. Committed to high-quality service, Bemol also operates **22 lottery outlets** within its stores and **5 Mercado Bemol units** in Manaus. In 2016, Bemol expanded into healthcare with the launch of **Bemol Farma**, which currently comprises **47 physical units** and 1 online store. To complement this initiative, we also operate a unit of **Clínica Bemol Saúde**. Currently, we have approximately **5,000 employees**, and continue to expand steadily.
