Focus on service and payments Description **JOB MISSION** Responsible for ensuring a positive customer service experience at the point of sale closure and supporting the execution of operational processes in the ER where the role is performed, aiming to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to consumers, delighting customers, ensuring efficient payment and service operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cash register opening and closing; * Product registration; * Payment collection; * Issuance of fiscal invoices (NF); * Customer service.
