Ensure implementation and adherence to company-defined strategies and guidelines, providing up-to-date technical-scientific information to support the correct and safe use of products. Contribute to strengthening the company’s image and achieving predefined commercial and institutional objectives, always maintaining focus on service excellence and sector regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct medical visits in accordance with the pre-established quantity and frequency outlined in the visit schedule to ensure effective promotion of company products. * Serve as a reference for compliance with all administrative policies and routines defined for the commercial area, as well as sales and marketing strategies. * Accurately and systematically record visit-related information in the system to ensure continuous improvement and fieldwork quality. * Proactively adjust, plan, and optimize your physician panel to meet the visitation objectives set by the company. * Visit retail outlets and seek new partners, while collecting and analyzing pharmacy sales reports to ensure appropriate stock levels and replenishment of company products. * Achieve sales targets and other performance indicators established by the company. * Plan and organize additional medical visits to identify new opportunities for product sales growth. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. * Experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology will be considered an advantage. **Personal Profile:** * Empathy, enthusiasm, conviction, flexibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to travel domestically **Territory:** Itabuna, Santo Antonio de Jesus, and Porto Seguro Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
