Job Description We are looking for a **Civil Project Engineer** to work in **Itabuna/BA**, under a **PJ (individual contractor) agreement**, for a period of **12 months**. Apply now and join the Planit team!! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and review technical projects related to decommissioning of industrial and civil facilities; * Plan and supervise demolition works, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations; * Conduct structural inspections and issue technical opinions regarding building stability and integrity; * Coordinate multidisciplinary field teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for structural interventions; * Manage contracts, suppliers, and material resources involved in construction works; * Prepare technical reports, descriptive memoranda, and documentation for regulatory agencies; * Plan and supervise dismantling activities of metallic structures, equipment, and installations; * Coordinate industrial plant decommissioning processes, ensuring environmental and operational safety; * Manage demolition operations, ensuring compliance with technical and legal standards; * Conduct field technical inspections to verify compliance with designs, standards, and legislation; * Prepare progress reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental guidelines; * Develop and update physical and financial project schedules; * Perform risk analysis and propose solutions to optimize time and cost; * Coordinate contracted companies and third-party teams, ensuring performance in accordance with scope; * Participate in technical and operational alignment meetings with suppliers; * Evaluate third-party performance and propose improvements in contracting and execution processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in decommissioning, demolition, or structural reinforcement/rehabilitation projects; * Knowledge of technical standards and environmental and safety legislation; * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings; * Experience in industrial environments or contaminated areas; * Skills in contract management and supplier relationship management; * Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD; * Availability to work onsite in Itabuna/BA. **Additional Information** Contract Type: PJ Duration: 12 months Work Location: Itabuna/BA. * Meals provided at client site; * Professional Development / Training (after 1 year); **Clude Saúde** * Telemedicine consultations with General Practitioners (unlimited usage) * Severe disease prevention program * Telepsychology consultations (two free consultations per month and R$50.00 per additional consultation) * Nutrition and fitness program * Emotional health program * Telenutrition consultations (one consultation per month \+ Chat-based follow-up) * Access to healthcare services with discounts * 24/7 telephone medical guidance, 7 days a week * Medication discounts (up to 80% discount at pharmacies including Droga Raia, Drogasil, Drogaria SP, Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos, and others) **Partnerships:** * Partnership with an English language learning platform (Open English); * Partnership with Movida; * Partnership with Udemy.
