Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators. Provide customer support via phone and e\-mail. Mediate demands between the finance department and customers. Track support tickets and provide timely feedback to customers. Schedule commercial meetings with clients and prepare commercial proposals. Independently and efficiently perform tasks of lower complexity. Seek optimization of internal processes and procedures. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and established demand requirements. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Sales Consultant, Sales Coordinator, or Business Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
