Our Digital Sales team is expanding — see more details about the position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage with digital leads requiring human support — provide clarifications and additional information when automation is insufficient. * Support customers during critical moments of their journey — such as re-engagement after abandonment or handling complex inquiries — ensuring continuity in the process. * Accurately record sales information in internal systems — ensuring integrity and reliability of commercial data. * Schedule and monitor installation or delivery appointments — ensuring timely execution and quality customer experience. * Monitor and resolve pending or incomplete sales transactions — escalating to responsible departments for swift resolution. * Report journey, system, or communication failures — collaborating with Marketing and Sales to refine and evolve digital workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Experience in operational process management (scheduling, recordkeeping, issue resolution); * Familiarity with the digital customer journey; * Proficiency in Excel and basic analytical tools; * Proactivity; * Analytical mindset; * Strong communication skills; * Flexible availability; * Motivation to achieve targets; **Additional Information** #### **Working Hours:** 1\- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM / Saturdays, 4 hours (to be arranged) 2 \- Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM / Saturdays, 4 hours (to be arranged) 3 \- Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM / Saturdays, 4 hours (to be arranged) #### **We Offer:** * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * Assistance for Children with Disabilities * Birthday Day Off (One day off during your birth month) * TotalPass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities) * Corporate University * PAS (VERO Social Support Program) This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
