PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly basis **Salary:** R$ 22\.91 **Unit:** Rua das Galeras 190, Parque Marinha \| Rio Grande RS \- 96215420 **Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institutional educational pillars specific to the role, and facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Proof:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, behavioral courses, and management. **Proof:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly indicating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
