Focus on client acquisition and event promotion THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE TRANSPORTATION NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will comprise eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the scheduled hours. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4332\.91 **Unit:** Rua das Galeras 190, Parque Marinha \| Rio Grande RS \- 96215420 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and initiatives to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire clients, operating the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of a valid driver’s license. Completion of a specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within its validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Or employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, as well as a description of duties performed; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities carried out during service provision, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience. Authorization to perform remunerated activity as indicated on the driver’s license. **PROOF:** Copy of a valid driver’s license. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience in socio-educational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF HIRING:** Driver’s License Record Report for the last 12 months (document presentation and validation at time of hiring). Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the driver’s license record report. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Traffic legislation and occupational safety knowledge. Hygiene and environmental protection. Basic concepts of Quality of Life Programs. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
