Job Description:
Make a difference as a Commercial Consultant: you will be part of a diverse team challenged to manage a customer portfolio, focusing on relationship building, cross-selling, and retention. In addition to ensuring achievement of revenue targets, you will elevate engagement levels with portfolio establishments and demonstrate value through Pluxee’s differentiated service.*Make an impact, inspire others, and grow with us!*
Responsibilities:
* Identify new Cross-Sell opportunities of all types for Pluxee by building consistent customer relationships grounded in deep understanding of their business and diversified points of contact, thereby consolidating our value proposition through specific, targeted sales;
* Ensure adherence to our operational model, which comprises key performance pillars including strategic planning, daily execution, final profitability, consultative mindset, and others;
* Actively participate in consumer and trade marketing initiatives, development of new retail partnerships, and other activities—always vigilant for diverse business opportunities (both within and outside the portfolio);
* Visit all customers, prioritizing the agreed portfolio rotation schedule, combining in-person and remote engagements according to business days;
* Ensure interaction/SalesForce;
* Monitor market intelligence to execute and cultivate new opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial team, leveraging collective experience while remaining alert to changes or situations that may affect our business and/or our customers.
* Promote a positive agenda with Association Leaders, establishing strategic alliances and anticipating relevant information for our business.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with negotiation expertise.
* Extensive experience in account management, preferably within commercial roles or related areas such as merchant acquiring, financial markets, merchant network onboarding and maintenance, calculations involving Selic rate percentages and receivables discount/advance fees.
* Retail negotiations, financial negotiations, and negotiations based on mutual concessions.
* Willingness to travel.
