Responsibilities and Duties * + Perform operational tasks in the **truck unloading process**. + Operate the **tipper** to unload trucks carrying **soybeans**. + Assist in **grain receiving routines**, ensuring safe and efficient flow. + Support the **soybean drying process**, monitoring operational stages and conditions. + Perform **cleaning and organization of the area**, maintaining a suitable environment for continuous operation. + Strictly comply with company standards regarding **safety, quality, and environmental protection**. + Provide support to other operational activities as required. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Organizational ability. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in the field is a plus.
