This position targets professionals with solid AI experience, a consulting mindset, business vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different areas. **Responsibilities and Assignments** A professional responsible for **translating business rules into reliable analytical structures**, primarily working with already ingested and processed data, focusing on **modeling, transformation, quality, and governance**, ensuring data readiness for consumption by business areas, analytics, and data science teams. **Responsibilities and Assignments** ----------------------------------- * **Translating business rules into data** * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand metrics, indicators, and concepts, translating them into clear, implementable rules within analytical tables. * Ensure semantic consistency across different data sources and data products. * **Data modeling and transformation in Databricks** * Develop and maintain analytical tables (refined/gold layers), applying calculation rules, aggregations, classifications, and normalizations. * Use SQL, PySpark, and Databricks features to build efficient and reusable pipelines. * **Ensuring data quality and reliability** * Implement validations, quality tests, and consistency controls on transformed data. * Monitor impacts of rule, source, or process changes on critical indicators. * **Analytics governance and standardization** * Apply standards for naming conventions, versioning, documentation, and traceability of business rules. * Contribute to the data catalog and clarity around the “source of truth” (single source of truth). * **Supporting analytical consumption** * Prepare datasets for use by analysts, data scientists, BI teams, and digital products. * Support investigations, exploratory analyses, and indicator validation with consuming areas. * **Collaboration and continuous improvement** * Work integrally with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product teams. * Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and evolve analytical models. **Expected or Desired Experience** --------------------------------------- **Practical experience with Databricks** * Using SQL and PySpark for data transformation, creation of analytical tables, and processing optimization. **Strong expertise in analytical data modeling** * Experience with dimensional models, fact tables, derived metrics, and consumption-oriented structures. **Applying business rules to data** * Hands-on experience translating business concepts into structured, sustainable calculations, indicators, and classifications. **Knowledge of data quality and governance** * Experience with validations, quality controls, rule versioning, and metric documentation. **Integration with analytics and business teams** * Close collaboration with analysts, BI specialists, and stakeholders to support the development and validation of strategic indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Specialization/MBA in related fields — Preferred. * Preferred knowledge of internal auditing, accounting, and data analytical techniques. * Specific technical training and certifications * Project management * Work Format: Remote **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work format consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
